Startups (Ofisso), or specialty food brands (Royal Schokodatten) entering a competitive market needed a distinct, strong, and detailed brand identity that reflected their specific values—such as a dynamic, multicultural, and green environment (for the co-work space) and attention to detail. The challenge was translating these abstract brand values into a bold, visually memorable identity and packaging design.

The Solution

The solution was to create a full Identity Design package. For clients like Ofisso and Royal Schokodatten, this involved creating a visual system that included a logo, color palette, typography, and application design (packaging for Royal Schokodatten) that specifically reflected the core brief. The goal was to ensure the identity was bold and showed a high level of attention to detail.

The Impact

The successful delivery of the brand identity and packaging provided the clients with the Confident and Innovative visual tools needed for market entry. This established a clear, integrated visual presence that immediately communicated the brand's unique value proposition (e.g., modern workspace, premium food quality) to target customers, enabling faster recognition and differentiation in crowded markets.

The Problem

Bajaj Finance needed to clearly and engagingly communicate a major redefinition of their work culture and complex HR policy changes (e.g., leaves, safety, progression) to their large, diverse employee base.

The Solution

The agency created a comprehensive internal communications package, including three custom-made books documenting the new culture and leadership vision, alongside a POLICY CHANGE CAMPAIGN that used simple Infographics and Snippets to break down specific policy updates for employees.

The Impact

The deliverables ensured clarity and accessibility of complex information, successfully disseminated and integrated the new cultural message from leadership, and helped promote employee engagement by highlighting progressive new benefits and policies.

The Problem

A Singapore-based L&D firm (Hard Skills) needed to create a high-volume, blended learning induction program for 5,000 Deloitte new joiners, featuring realistic, real-life scenarios. The client faced a cost challenge: the initial plan to use high-impact, graphics-rich backgrounds via expensive LED screens was cost-prohibitive for a large-scale deployment.

The Solution

LYNK Digital provided an end-to-end production solution in the cost-effective market of India. The project involved: Program Concept, Scripting, Casting, Location, Pre-Production, Production (a 7-day multi-location shoot, including complex indoor and outdoor scenes), and Post-Production. To manage the cost while maintaining visual impact, LYNK substituted the expensive LED screens with extensive Green Screen filming. This required setting up an entire editing team on-site during the 7-day shoot to efficiently handle the demanding VFX/post-production required for the virtual backgrounds.

The Impact

The program was successfully delivered on time and within budget. The primary client, Deloitte, was highly satisfied with the solution. This successful, high-quality production enabled Hard Skills to enroll 5,000 new employees immediately into the induction training, proving that LYNK's full-service model provides innovative, cost-effective alternatives to achieve premium L&D outcomes.
